Comprehensive projects for vertical and horizontal aboveground and underground tanks, as well as spherical storage tanks, used for storing fuels, liquids, flammable materials, gas, etc., tailored for industries such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, and others.

Calculations and workshop documentation comply with European standards (e.g., PN-EN 14015, PN-EN 13445, PN-EN 14620) and international standards such as API 620, API 650, ASME. Drawings are prepared in 2D from 3D models, depending on the complexity of the project.

Approval is obtained from notified bodies (NOBO) such as UDT, WDT, TDT, TUV, KIWA.

Assessment of the technical condition of existing tanks, including those with imperfections and thickness loss, is conducted using 3D numerical analysis software (MES), ensuring that expert conclusions reflect the actual load-bearing capacity of analyzed tanks.

In addition to the structural steel components, we also design foundations, including shallow and deep foundations such as raft-piles foundations, etc.

Industrial construction

In ERSYS, we design steel and reinforced concrete structures for various industries including oil & gas, shipbuilding, and offshore, adhering to European standards with national annexes. Our projects encompass:

In most industrial sectors, besides buildings, essential components for plant operation include process tanks and piping for liquids and gases. Therefore, our team of mechanical engineers is responsible for pipe stress analysis, process calculations, Code design of tanks and pressure vessels, and preparation of workshop documentation.

Additionally, we specialize in designing heat accumulators in the form of insulated cylindrical tanks along with associated equipment.

We collaborate with notified bodies such as UDT, TDT and TUV, ensuring that our licensing documentation receives approval from authorities in a very short timeframe.

Key design standards we adhere to include PN-EN 1993-4-3, PN-EN 13480, and ASME B31.

Residential buildings

We specialize in adapting and structurally designing concrete, steel, wooden elements, and foundations to fit architectural projects.

Our residential construction structural designs are executed in a 3D BIM environment using Autodesk software (Revit) and Allplan.

Additionally, we prepare workshop documentation for Filigran-type floor slabs.

Photovoltaics
