Technical consultancy

There is no project that cannot be optimized, which is why before taking on a task, we determine the indicators that matter most to our client to conduct a preliminary feasibility analysis.
In ERSYS, we optimize execution/tender projects and advise on alternative solutions during construction, considering the cost of materials, labor, and time.
We also provide consultancy services for General Contractors in the optimization of structural solutions, including, among others: foundation optimization, excavation bearing structures, reduction of steel structure tonnage, and reduction of concrete and reinforcing steel usage.

Multidisciplinary design
We place special emphasis on coordination between architects, structural engineers, and installers in multidisciplinary projects. Therefore, we design in a BIM environment using the most advanced software available on the market. We specialize in production and warehouse halls, storage tanks for the petrochemical and food industries, and accompanying infrastructure.
We also design all kinds of structures for: servicing renewable energy installations, and meeting residential needs, including buildings for civilian protection.
By utilizing BIM technology daily, our projects are more time-efficient.
Expertise / DSL3 Audits
In ERSYS, we possess extensive theoretical knowledge due to our ongoing engagement with the academic community and our involvement in expert tasks across various fields. Considering the increasing safety requirements and the planned revision of the PN-EN 1990 standard regarding the reliability of particularly sensitive structures such as critical infrastructure facilities, nuclear power plant components, and civil protection structures, we leverage the expertise developed over years working align at the University.
We conduct technical assessments of historic buildings, structures that have exceeded their designed service life, storage and pressure tanks, and components of installations such as pipelines and pumping stations.
We adapt projects to new assumptions regarding loads and functionality, designing reinforcements where necessary to ensure that the assessment of load-bearing capacity and technical condition complies with current standards.
We provide supervision in designing DSL 3 as an additional verifying Party.
